Poster competition: imagine your Main Square Festival 2026

What if your creation became part of the Main Square Festival 2026 decor?
This year, the festival is launching its official poster competition and inviting artists, graphic designers, illustrators and creatives from all walks of life to submit their vision of Main Square.

UP FOR GRABS: A VIP EXPERIENCE AND AN EXHIBITION DURING THE FESTIVAL

Twenty (20) posters will be selected: Their creators will each win two VIP passes for a day of their choice and will see their poster printed and displayed in the heart of the Citadel of Arras during the three days of the festival. A unique opportunity to showcase your work in front of thousands of festival-goers.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

The principle is simple:

• Create your poster using the official template, following the technical and graphic guidelines
• Submit your creation via the online form
• Share your entry on social media using the hashtag #MainSquare2026

Illustration, photo, collage, typography… all styles are welcome, as long as they respect the identity of the festival.

A COMPETITION OPEN TO ALL INTERPRETATIONS

Your poster can represent the entire 2026 programme, or highlight an artist or group from the 2026 edition.

The only requirement is that it must include the official Main Square Festival 2026 logo, provided in the entry pack.

DATES TO REMEMBER

Competition opens: 23 January 2026 at 6 p.m.
Closing date for entries: 23 April 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
Selection of posters: from 24 April 2026

All entries that comply with the rules and are submitted by the deadline will be considered.

The 20 selected posters will be promoted:

•  

  on the Main Square Festival official website

• on the festival’s social media accounts
• and physically displayed in the Citadel during the event
